BOOKING & REGISTRATION PROCESS
IMPORTANT INFO: All new clients are required to complete the Mandatory Health Screening Form prior to attending their first session, to initiate the process please follow the steps below:
- Express your interest via the link provided below, or contact sair@pilatesmehappy.co.uk
- The mandatory PAR-Q Health Screening Form will be sent to you for completion via email (please check junk/spam)
- Upon receipt of the completed form you will receive an email link asking you to register for the GYMCATCH APP
- Once registered, you can follow, view and book your preferred session using your complementary Pilates Me Happy Hour Free Pass as payment. The pass will remain valid for one month from the date of registration
- You are all set- time to attend your 1st session and enjoy the warm welcome at Pilates Me Happy
- Subsequently, the GYMCATCH APP will be your platform of choice for logging in, booking sessions, and managing any future appointments. Providing you with the flexibility to control your Pilates schedule.

Pay Up Front Discounted rate for NHS Staff & Blue Light Card holders wanting to make a saving and manage their bookings flexibly. Valid for 8 weeks from purchase, giving greater flexibility for shift workers. Can be used flexibly for any available group session- day, time and location your choice. Clients must have completed the mandatory health screening prior to booking.

1:1 & 2:1 Sessions
We offer bespoke 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions tailored to your needs and available upon request at various locations. If you have a particular concern, are in the process of recovering from an injury, or are uncertain whether Pilates is suitable for you, please reach out to Pilates Me Happy. All clients will receive a comprehensive welcome assessment. This initial session will prioritise an evaluation of your postural alignment and movement patterns, allowing us to efficiently introduce the fundamentals of Pilates. We aim to demonstrate how Pilates can benefit you and work with you to establish personal goals for your practice.
